Effective October 2024
Custom dimension orders enter production immediately following drawing sign-off and material allocation. Adjustments cannot be honored once timber selection and joinery cuts commence in our workshop.
Because every piece is shaped from natural timber, unbleached flax linen, and mineral clays, subtle shifts in grain pattern, tone, and surface texture are inherent to the work and celebrate authentic material origin.

Damage notification
All large-format timber furnishings travel via dedicated freight carriers. Delivery windows require an adult signature upon placement inside your residence.
Inspect exterior crating and exposed timber prior to signing delivery manifests. Note any visible packaging distress directly on the carrier bill of lading.
Concealed transit damage must be documented with high-resolution imagery and submitted to our support team within 48 hours of shipment delivery.

Our studio team is available weekdays to clarify custom timber orders, delivery schedules, and warranty coverage.
Standard catalog pieces may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original packaging. We guarantee all solid oak joinery against structural defects for five full years under normal residential interior conditions.
